We want you to feel confident joining HouseDealsAI. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.

Monthly Subscription

HouseDealsAI is a monthly subscription service. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days within a billing period.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.

1-Day Live Setup Session ($497)

The 1-Day Live Setup Session is a one-time purchase for a live Zoom session. Due to the nature of this service (scheduled time and preparation), refunds are not available once a session has been scheduled and confirmed.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. We will do our best to accommodate a new time.

If a session has been purchased but not yet scheduled, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report a billing issue, please contact us through our contact page. Include your account email and a brief description of the issue. We respond to all requests within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without contacting us first, your account will be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out directly — most issues can be resolved quickly.
